Welcome to the Zero-Remorse Onboarding System (the “Service”), operated by Freedom Reset™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at zero-remorseonboarding.com and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• “Service” refers to the Zero-Remorse Onboarding System, including all digital content, templates, tools, and resources provided through the platform.
• “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• “Content” refers to all materials provided through the Service, including but not limited to templates, scripts, email sequences, training materials, and AI-generated outputs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchasing the Service, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal and professional coaching or consulting business. You may:

• Use and customize the provided templates for your own client onboarding.
• Modify email sequences, scripts, and forms for your business needs.
• Use AI-generated content within your own business operations.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Content or any portion thereof.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use the Service to create a competing product or service.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding from the Content.
• Use automated systems to scrape, extract, or reproduce the Content.

5. Payment Terms

The Service is offered as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, though any price changes will not affect existing purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, templates, and AI-generated materials, is the property of Freedom Reset™ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a usage license as described in Section 4 and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

7. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, Typeform for data collection). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Freedom Reset™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freedom Reset™, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Content will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Freedom Reset™ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
