1. Digital Product Nature

The Zero-Remorse Onboarding System is a digital product. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to all templates, tools, scripts, and resources included in the Service. Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund subject to the conditions outlined below.

3. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Provide a clear explanation of why the Service did not meet your expectations.
  • Demonstrate that you have made a genuine effort to use the Service (e.g., accessed the dashboard, reviewed templates).

Please include your purchase email address, the date of purchase, and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Upon refund, your access to the Service will be revoked.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period.
  • Failure to provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction.
  • Evidence of abuse, such as downloading all content and then requesting a refund.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
